By participating in The Pour Test contest (the “Contest”) hosted by Dirty Dog Home Solutions, entrants agree to abide by the following official rules and decisions of the Sponsor.
1. The Prize
The winner will receive one (1) professional Driveway Wash and Seal service. This includes a high-quality exterior wash of the designated surfaces followed by a premium protective sealant application.
2. Coverage & Limits
The prize is limited to a maximum of 900 square feet of total surface area (covering the driveway and/or walkway leading to the front door). Should the winner’s property exceed 900 square feet, the winner may choose to:
- Have the first 900 square feet treated at no cost.
- Pay a discounted “contestant rate” for the additional square footage.
There is no cash value for this prize, and it cannot be traded for other services or credits.
3. Eligibility
- The property must be owner-occupied and located within the Dirty Dog Home Solutions primary service area (Northern Ohio).
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- One entry per household.
4. Yard Sign Requirement
In exchange for the professional Wash and Seal service, the winner agrees to allow Dirty Dog Home Solutions to place one (1) company yard sign in a street-visible location on the property. This sign must remain in place for twenty-one (21) consecutive days following the completion of the service.
5. Content Usage Rights
By submitting a video and tagging @dirty.dog.home.solutions and using the hashtag #ThePourTest, participants grant Dirty Dog Home Solutions a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute the submitted video for marketing and promotional purposes across all digital and print platforms.
6. Entry & Selection
To qualify, participants must post their “Pour Test” video to their Facebook or Instagram feed/story, tag our official handle @dirty.dog.home.solutions, and use the hashtag #ThePourTest. Dirty Dog Home Solutions reserves the right to select finalists based on social media engagement and will select the final winner via a random drawing.
7. Right to Cancel
Dirty Dog Home Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
